摘要
对2-香豆素基-5-R-1,3,4-噁二唑的合成条件和工艺进行了探索和优化。实验结果为:3-香豆素羧酸:酰肼的摩尔比为1,反应温度为135℃,反应时间4~5 h。合成的12个化合物中有10个化合物未见文献报导。该方法操作简单,一步完成,有望在收率方面进一步提高。
The synthesis of 2-coumarin-5-R-1,3,4-oxadiazole were explored and the reaction condi- tions were optimized. The optimum conditions were as follows: the molar ratio of 3-coumaric acid: hydrazide was 1; reaction temperature was 135℃ and reaction for 4 - 5 hours. 12 target compounds were synthesized and ten of them were not reported in the literature. The one - step synthesis of oxadiazoleis simpleand ex- pected to further improve the yield.
