摘要
通过对新一代GPS形状误差检验操作算子的研究,明确了轴类零件形状误差评定所需要的基本方法。在分析圆度误差几何模型的基础之上,建立了圆度误差评定的规划数学模型。结合理论分析和原有软硬件系统,运用VB和MATLAB混合编程技术对圆度误差评定软件进行设计,使主动量仪能够在磨加工过程中实现对圆度误差的评定,最后通过实验分析验证其可行性。研究成果丰富和完善了磨加工主动测量仪的功能,扩大了磨加工主动测量仪的适用范围,也使新一代GPS在实际工程中得到了应用,起到了一定的推广作用。
Based on the research on the operators for evaluating the form error of the new generation of GPS, these methods to evaluate the roundness error of shaft parts were clear.On the basis of the analysis for geometric model of the roundness error, the linear programming models to evaluate the roundness error were praposed.Combining with theoretical analysis and the original software and hardware system,it used mixed programming technology of VB and MATLAB for the secondary development of the evaluation software.lt made the active measuring instrument to evaluate the roundness error evaluation in the grinding process.At last,these methods were verified by testing.The result can enrich and perfect the function of the active measuring instrument,expanding its scope of application,making the new generation of GPS have been applied in actual engineering and played a certain role in promoting.
