摘要
医师资格考试的目的在于考察准医师是否具备应用医学知识和技能完成临床工作的能力,考察其服务于临床工作的综合能力和思维方式。包含临床医学、基础医学、预防医学、医学人文等多方面知识的融合型试题对实现考试目的,提高准入质量具有积极意义,其命题方法不同于单知识点试题的命制,本文旨在探讨融合型试题的命制方法。
The aim of Medical Licensing Examination is to assess whether the pre-registration doctor is equipped with science of applying medical knowledge and skills to accomplish clinical work and the integrative competence and thinking mode to serve clinic. The integrated item, which contains various branches of knowledge like clinical medicine, preclinical medicine, preventive medicine and medical humanities, has a positive influence on the realization of examination goal and the improvement of ad- mission quality. The design of integrated item is different from the single one. This article is dedica- ted to a tentative discussion about the proposition method of integrated item.
