摘要
通过梳理数字化革新的实施方式,从数字资源的垄断程度与功能属性提出数字化革新的组织形式以及相应的组织管理方式,最终给出数字化革新控制与评估的标准框架,涵盖用户导向、价值生成、能力获得、机遇捕捉四个主要方面。研究结果表明,科学实施数字化革新战略管理的目标不仅是提供新型数字化产品、革新运营方式,还包括企业在新的数字化网络环境中捕捉新机遇,获得可持续发展驱动力。
This paper sorts out the implementation of digital innovation and puts forward the organization form and management mode of digital innovation from the monopoly degree and function attribute of digital resources. And then,it gives the standard framework of digital innovation control and evaluation,which covers four main aspects,such as user orientation,value generation,ability acquirement and opportunity seizure. Results show that,the strategic management implementation of digital innovations not only can help enterprises solve the existing problems,provide new products and reform the way of operation,but also contribute to capturing new opportunities and gaining the sustainable driving force in the new digital network environment.
