摘要
目的了解北京市2004-2015年布鲁氏菌病时间分布特征,为布鲁氏菌病防制提供依据。方法采用集中度与圆形分布分析方法对北京市2004-2015年布病发病情况进行时间聚集性分析。结果集中度分析结果M值为0.30,具有一定的季节分布特征;圆形分布分析显示:发病高峰在5月17日,流行期为2月16日-8月15日。结论布病发病具有一定的季节分布特征,呈现春夏季高发,秋冬季低发的特征。
Objective To explore the seasonal distribution characteristics of brucellosis in Beijing from 2004 to 2015 so as to provide evidence for brucellosis prevention and control. Methods Concentration degree and circular distribution methods were used to conduct temporal cluster analysis of the incidence of brucellosis in Beijing during 2004-2015. Results The M value was 0.30, showing the seasonal concentration distribution characteristics. Circular distribution analysis showed that the peak inci- dence of brucellosis was on May 17tb and the epidemic period was from February 16 to August 15. Conclusions The incidence of brucellosis has certain seasonal distribution features , showing the high incidence in spring and summer and the low incidence in fall and winter.
