摘要
目的探讨三联手术（羊膜移植、羊膜覆盖及自体角膜缘干细胞移植术）治疗急性期重度铝水眼烧伤的临床效果。方法回顾分析6例（6只眼）熔化的高温铝水所致重度眼烧伤的资料。所有患者均为Ⅳ度烧伤，在急性期施行三联手术，观察术后眼表修复时间及并发症情况。结果随访6—12个月，6例视力均为光感，眼表修复时间为7～9周。所有病例眼表修复良好，无角膜融解或穿孔者，2例出现轻度睑球粘连。结论重度铝水眼烧伤急性期采用三联手术治疗可促进眼表修复和减少并发症，并为后期眼表重建及角膜移植术创造条件。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of amniotic membrane transplantation, amniotic membrane covering and autologous corneal limbus stem cell transplantation （triple surgeries） in the treatment of acute stage severe melted aluminum bured eye. Methods The data of 6 eyes of 6 cases with severe melted aluminum bured by aluminum water melted in high temperature were retrospectively analyzed. All of the patients were IV degree burns, and underwent amniotic membrane transplantation, amniotic membrane covering and autologous different corneal limbus stem cell transplantation. The ocular surface repair time and complications were observed. Results The patients were followed up for 6-12 months after operation. The visual acuities of 6 patients were light perception. The time of ocular surface repair was 7-9 weeks, and the rehabilitation of ocular surface in all cases was good. Only 2 cases complicated with mild symblepharon and no cases occurred corneal melting or perforation. Conclusion Triple surgeries in the treatment of acute stage severe melted aluminum bured eye are beneficial, which can promote restoration of the ocular surface, reduce the complications, and be used as a transition of effective method for late ocular surface reconstruction and keratoplasty.
