摘要
通过介绍水浴灭菌器设备的主要组成,灭菌降温工作原理等内容,并结合某大输液项目中水浴灭菌柜的循环冷却水在实际生产调试运行中出现的水量不足,以及水浴灭菌柜温度在冷却过程中控制效果不佳的问题,来提示医药工程相关设计人员在工程设计过程中如遇到水浴灭菌柜的循环冷却水系统设计时,在设计开始阶段就要充分地收集灭菌柜的主要公用工程需求参数,并掌握其运行工作原理,才能更合理地完成灭菌柜所需要的公用工程相关的设计工作。
From introducing the main components of Water bath sterilizer equipment, introducing the working principle of the sterilization and cooling system, and water shortage of the circulating cooling water of the water sterilization cabinet problem in a large infusion project was discussed. The temperature of the cabinet in the cooling process to control the problem of poor performance, to remind the medical engineering-related designers in the engineering design process, such as water cooling sterilization counter cooling water system design, at the beginning of the design phase, engineers should fully collect the information of the main utility works demand parameters, and master the principle of its operation, in order to more reasonably completing design works of the sterilization cabinet needing of the public worksrelated.
