摘要
目的:探讨使用量子共振检测仪筛选大学生人群对运动敏感的指标,便于对运动量的监测与评估,为可穿戴式便携仪器研究提供依据。方法:选取28名高校大学生,使用量子共振检测仪对其进行中速2000 m跑前与跑后的尿胆原指数、尿酸指数、尿素氮指数及尿蛋白指数4项肾脏功能指标进行检测,比较运动前后4项指标水平变化。结果:受试者中速2000 m跑后与运动前比较,其尿胆原指数和尿蛋白指数两项出现显著性下降,差异有统计学意义(t=2.891,t=2.441;P<0.05);尿酸指数和尿素氮指数差异均不显著。结论:量子共振检测仪在肾脏功能检测中尿胆原指数和尿蛋白指数的变化特征可作为监测大学生人群运动负荷及评定运动的重要指标。
Objective: To screen out the motion sensitive parameters of college students by using quantum resonance spectrometer, to monitor and evaluate the quantity of motion and provide a theoretical evidence for wearable portable instrument. Methods: With the selection of 28 examinees, testing urobilinogen index, uric acid index, urea nitrogen index and urine protein index by using quantum resonance spectrometer before and after the motion, and comparing the changes in their indices. Results: After 2-km of aerobic running in medium speed, urobilinogen index and urine protein index(t=2.891, t=2.441; P〈0.05) decrease significantly, while uric acid index and urea nitrogen index did not(P〉0.05). Conclusion: From the results of this research, the change of urobilinogen index and urine protein index can be possibly used as important parameters to monitor college students' exercise load and evaluate aerobic exercise.
