摘要
食品专业英语属于专门用途英语,选择难度、深度、广度均适于应用型人才培养的教学资料对提高应用型本科院校食品专业英语的教学质量和教学效果具有重要意义。本文结合应用型本科院校的培养目标、教学对象的特点和企业、市场、学生的实际需求,重点介绍了应用型本科院校食品专业英语选择教学材料的四个基本原则,并以济宁学院为例提出教学材料的选择和编排方案,为面向应用型本科院校的食品专业英语教材的编写提供有益的参考。
To improve the teaching quality of food specialty English in applied undergraduate colleges, it is important to choose the teaching materials with a suitable level of difficulty, depth and scope. Based on talent training objectives, the characteristics of students in applied undergraduate colleges, and the requirement of the market, enterprise and students,the principles of teaching material choosing for food specialty English is discussed,and a project on selecting teaching materials in Jining University is introduced.
