学校布局调整背景下农村小学教师胜任力水平研究——基于中部T省的调查分析

摘要 教育大计,教师为本,有好的教师才有好的教育。农村学校经过布局调整后,教师队伍结构、教师的工作环境、工作任务都有较大的改变。新形势下,了解农村教师质量水平现状,提升农村教师队伍整体质量已成为影响我国教育改革发展全局的重大问题。当前农村小学教师胜任力水平普遍偏低,特别是在信息搜集,职业偏好方面,乡村教师胜任力水平明显低于县城教师,应多种措施并举,不断提升乡村教师能力与素质水平。 Hundred years' policy based on education; while the education policy based on teachers. Good teachers have a good education. After adjusting for the layout of rural school, teachers team con- struction work environment task has larger change, under the new situation to understand the ru- ral teachers' quality present situation, improve the whole quality of rural teachers has become a major problem affecting the development of the global education reform in our country. The cur- rent rural primary school teacher' competence is generally low, especially in information gather- ing, occupational preferences .Rural teachers' competence significantly below the county teach- ers'. Various measures should be taken to enhance the level of rural teachers' ability and quality.
