摘要 为实现二维激光告警设备在空间高能粒子辐射环境中自主稳定地运行,提出二维激光告警系统中高性能数字信号处理器(DSP)抗单粒子翻转(SEU)防护加固设计方案。采用信号预处理、程序关键变量三模冗余(TMR)设计、引导程序中加入检验纠错方法和"看门狗"电路软硬件结合的方式,实现系统中DSP抗单粒子翻转加固设计,对该系统进行实验验证。实验结果表明,该方案可以保证DSP及时有效地复位并重新加载程序,消除高能粒子对存储器件造成的单粒子翻转累加,有效解决信息处理过程中程序加载失败的问题,提高了系统运行的可靠性。 To achieve independent and stable operation of the two dimensional laser warning device in space energetic particles radiation environment, a reinforcement design of mitigating single event upset (SEU) for high-performance digital signal processor (DSP) in two-dimensional laser warning was presented. A combination of hardware and software was adopted included signal pretreatment, the program key variables triple modular redundant design, the boot program to introduce test error correction method and the watchdog circuit. Mitigating single event upset reinforcement design for DSP in the system was achieved. Experimental verification of the system was provided. Experimental results show that the design can ensure timely and effective DSP reset and reload the program, single event upset accumulated effects caused by high-energy particles radiation on the memory devices are eliminated, effective solution to load failures in the information processing system is provided, and the reliability of system operation is improved.
