摘要
主要介绍了PCB化学镍金+OSP板中的贾凡尼效应产生的原因及控制方法。首先介绍了贾凡尼效应产生的必然性,然后对贾凡尼效应的主要因素进行DOE实验,最终得出控制贾凡尼效应的方法。
This article mainly introduced the causes and control Method of the Galvanic effect of ENIG and OSP board. Firstly, this paper introduced the necessity of the Galvanic effect, then made DOE experiments of the main factors of the Galvanic effect, finally it concluded that the method control of the Galvanic effect.
