摘要
研究了入侵植物空心莲子草(Alternanthera philoxeroides)未膨大的不定根和膨大的贮藏根之间6种内源激素含量的差异,以及从贮藏根顶端到末端内源激素含量的分布情况。结果表明,无论不定根还是贮藏根,ABA在6种内源激素中含量最高,其次为IAA,其余4种内源激素(BR,GA,JA,ZR)含量较低,ABA和IAA是空心莲子草根系中两种重要的内源激素;贮藏根中ABA和BR的含量极显著高于不定根(P≤0.01),ABA和BR可能在空心莲子草不定根膨大过程中具有重要作用;IAA、GA、JA、ZR 4种内源激素在不定根和贮藏根中的含量差异不显著(P≥0.05)。在空心莲子草贮藏根中,BR表现出明显的从顶端向末端递减规律,IAA在贮藏根中部的含量最高,ABA、GA、JA、ZR 4种内源激素在贮藏根顶部、中部、尾部的含量差异不显著(P≥0.05),分布比较均匀。
Differences of six endogenous hormone contents between smooth adventitious root and swollen storage root of Alternanthera philoxeroides were studied, and the distribution of endogenous hormones contents from the top to the end of storage root was also examined. The results showed that, whether in adventitious root or in storage root, the content of ABA was the highest in 6 endogenous hormones, followed by IAA, and the contents of other four endogenous hormones(BR,GA,JA,ZR)were low, which indicated that ABA and IAA were two important endogenous hormones in the roots of Alternanthera philoxeroides. The contents of ABA and BR in storage root were significantly higher than that in adventitious root(P≤0.01), so ABA and BR might play an important role in the swollen process of adventitious root. The contents of other four endogenous hormones(IAA, GA, JA, ZR) between adventitious roots and storage root had no significant difference(P≥0.05). In the storage root of Alternanthera philoxeroides, BR showed obvious diminishing trend from the top towards the end, the highest content of IAA was in the middle part in the storage root of Alternanthera philoxeroides, and the contents of ABA,GA,JA,ZR among the top, middle, and end of storage root had no significant difference(P≥0.05), showed an uniform distribution.
