摘要
本文介绍了分娩禁食的由来及分娩禁食的目的是为了最大程度降低产妇在产程中转全麻下紧急剖宫产后发生吸入性肺炎的风险;本文还简述了孕妇是发生反流误吸的高危人群,回顾并分析了近年来分娩禁食的相关文献,显示饮食对产妇和新生儿临床结局没有影响,饮食并不带来额外的好处,重要的是研究并不能说明分娩禁食是安全的,只是表述禁食对分娩结局没有害处。本综述参阅了国内外分娩禁食的指南,提出为了产妇安全,建议在分娩期间可摄入适量清亮液体,避免摄入固体食物。
This review introduces the history of pre-delivery fasting and the objective of pre-delivery fasting is to minimize the risks of aspiration and pneumonia when undergo emergency cesarean section under general anesthesia. This review also describes that the pregnant woman is the high-risk group of gastric reflux and aspiration. This literary study and analyzes the literature of pre-delivery fasting and suggests that food intake during delivery has no influence on the clinical outcomes of pregnant woman and newborns, which couldn’t bring extra benefits, yet, it only say that pre-delivery fasting isn’t harmful but cannot prove that pre-delivery fasting is safe. This review refers to the domestic and foreign guidelines and suggests that, the pregnant woman can intake proper amount of light liquid instead of solid food when delivery.
