摘要
目的以冠心病心绞痛患者心电图与心绞痛发作次数和时间的变化为观察指标,探讨针对冠心病心绞痛的治疗,芪冬颐心口服液的临床效果,为其临床应用提供可靠依据。方法将2014年1月—2015年1月,在重庆市中医院进行治疗的88例冠心病心绞痛患者,随机分为芪冬颐心口服液治疗研究组（44例）和常规西医治疗对照组（44例）,4周为1个疗程。比较两组患者服药后的心电图变化,心绞痛发作情况,包括频次和持续时间。结果研究组总有效率为97.7%,对照组总有效率为75%,前者明显高于后者,差异有统计学意义（χ~2=9.649,P〈0.05）。而且,心电图的改善率（研究组93.2%,对照组72.7%,χ~2=6.510,P〈0.05）和心绞痛的好转情况[研究组和对照组心绞痛每周发作次数及每次持续时间分别为（3.3±1.4）次,（1.7±4.2）min;（5.2±2.5）次,（3.1±1.0）min,P〈0.05],治疗研究组也都比对照组更佳,差异有统计学意义。结论芪冬颐心口服液对冠心病心绞痛的治疗效果明显优于单用常规西药的治疗,具有效果显著,安全性又高的特点,临床上可以考虑进行选择及更加广泛的推广。
Objective Taking the electrocardiogram and angina pectoris attack frequency and pain time as the observation index,To investigate the treatment of clinical effect of Qidongyixin oral liquid for angina pectoris of coronary heart disease,and provide a reliable basis for its clinical application.Methods 88 cases of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease were collected from January 2014 to January 2015 in Chongqing Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital,then they were randomly divided into two groups,the control group and study group,44 cases in each group.The former was given conventional therapy,the latter took extra Qidongyixin oral liq-uid treatment on the basis of the control group,electrocardiogram improvement and clinical effect of two groups were compared.Re-sults By statistical analysis,the effective rate of the group which was taking Qidongyixin oral liquid,was 97.7%,higher than the con-trol group 75%,the difference was statistically significant（χ~2=9.649,P 〈 0.05）.In addition,the total effective rate of electrocardiogram（Study group 93.2%,Control group 72.7%,χ~2=6.510,P〈0.05） and recovery of angina pectoris [The frequency and duration of angina pectoris in the study group and control group were（3.3±1.4） times,（1.7±4.2）min;（5.2±2.5）times,（3.1±1.0）min,respectively,P〈 0.05] in the study group were significantly better than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion In view of the effect of Qidongyixin oral liquid in treatment of angina pectoris is significant,high safety,so it is worth further clinical applica-tion and choice of promotion.
