摘要
目的:研究中药联合奥美拉唑治疗脑卒中后应激性溃疡患者的疗效。方法:选取100例脑卒中并发应激性溃疡患者作为研究对象,按随机数表法分为对照组和观察组各50例,观察组采用中药联合奥美拉唑治疗1周,对照组采用奥美拉唑治疗1周,比较两组患者用胃液pH值、有效率和不良反应。结果:用药前,观察组和对照组患者胃液pH值相差不大,无统计学意义(P>0.05);用药3d后,观察组胃液pH值4.77±0.18,对照组为2.98±0.11;用药5d后,观察组为5.33±0.10,明显高于对照组3.91±0.20,具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组总有效率为94%,对照组为80%,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总不良反应发生率为10%,对照组为14%,无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:中药联合奥美拉唑治疗脑卒中后应激性溃疡治疗时间短,疗效较好,无其他不良反应。
Objective：To study the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine Omeprazole treatment of poststroke patients with stress ulcer.Methods：100cases of stroke in patients with stress ulcer was selected as a treatment target,according to a random number table,they were divided into control and experimental groups,50 patients in the observation group herbal plus omeprazole treatment control group were treated with omeprazole,before and after treatment were compared in patients with gastric pH value,efficient and adverse reactions.Results：Before treatment,pH value of the patient group and control group comparison of the situation was quite,the difference was not statistically significant（P〈0.05）;After treatment 3d,the observation group were gastric pH 4.77 ± 0.18,in the control group 2.98 ± 0.11,after treatment 5d,observation group becomes 5.33 ± 0.10,control group becomes 3.91 ± 0.20,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）;observation group total effective rate was 94%in the control group,the total effective rate was 80%,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）,the observation group the proportion of adverse reactions was 10%in the control group was 14%,the difference was not statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Chinese herbs combined with omeprazole efficacy studies of stroke patients with stress ulcer after treatment of stress ulcer fast,adverse reactions in both groups,the difference was not statistically significant,has short treatmint time,good effect.
