摘要
进入21世纪以来,在核电装备高速发展的驱动下,中国核电锻件在近乎"一穷二白"的基础上,经过近10年的自主研发,不仅全面实现了国产化,而且部分制造技术跃居国际领先水平。随着全球经济进入新常态,受锻件制造企业产能严重过剩、效益持续下滑、成本压力过大、原材料质量较差等因素制约,核电锻件质量出现了较大的波动。为了实现核电装备"走出去"的发展战略,在总结成绩与分析问题的基础上,对核电锻件未来的发展提出了相关建议。
Since the beginning of this century,with the rapid development of nuclear power,China's nuclear power forgings are fully localized,and some manufacturing techniques have reached advanced international levels.In a new era of the global economy,quality of nuclear power forgings fluctuates due to various factors,including over-capacity,continuous decline of profits,pressure of rising costs,and low quality of raw materials.To realize the going outstrategy of nuclear power equipment,the present status of manufacturing technology of China's nuclear power forgings is reviewed and analyzed.Some suggestions are presented for the future development.
