摘要
互联网的迅猛发展及其与物理世界的深度耦合与强力反馈,已经根本性地改变了现代社会的生产、生活与管理决策模式。区块链技术与其在金融领域的探索引起广泛的关注。本文从区块链技术与特点入手,总结出区块链的基本运行机制,并进一步分析区块链在数字货币、股权众筹及证券等金融领域的发展及应用,最后为区块链技术在金融领域进一步发展和实现路径提出对策建议。
The rapid development of the Internet and its deep coupling and strong feedback to the physical world have fundamentally changed the mode of production, life and management in modern society. Block chain technology and its exploration in the fi eld of fi nance has aroused widespread concern. This paper from the technology and characteristics of the blockchain, summed up the basic operation mechanism of the blockchain, and further analysis of the development and application of block chain in the digital currency, to raise public equity securities and other fi nancial fi eld, fi nally to block chain technology in the fi nancial sector to further development and the realization of the path to put forward countermeasures and suggestions.
