摘要
建立无人机地理视频数据描述模型的核心要素包括描述无人机位置和姿态的空间数据、与空间数据对应的视频数据以及描述地理视频基本信息的元数据。对空间数据扩充时间线性参照,使其对应指定的视频帧或视频片段,通过空间数据、时间线性参照解算视频帧地理位置,将视频数据与空间数据集成,实现地理视频的查询、更新、三维渲染以及视频帧定位。以乌鲁木齐市白鸟湖新区为试验区,通过采集视频数据,同时结合OSG图形引擎设计了三维无人机视频GIS系统。系统测试表明,该文提出的无人机视频与三维GIS集成方法是可行的,且技术实现简单。应用分析表明,将无人机视频与三维GIS集成可提高视频影像判读效率,有利于获取更多空间属性信息,在城市安全、灾害监测等领域具有重要应用价值。
GeoVideo is a novel data model to represent the geographic world by combining the video data and the geospatial data. However,the existing GeoVideo data models have limitations to represent the geospatial information,and the integration of UAV Video with 3D GIS, which is better to represent geographic world, is rarely reported in previous studies. Therefore in this paper, a method describing the UAV GeoVideo data model is proposed. The main elements include the spatial data for describing the position and attitude of the UAV, the video data corresponding to the spatial data, and the metadata for describing the basic information of GeoVideo data. In addition, the extended time linear reference for the spatial data is utilized to match the specified video frame or video clip. The operations of GeoVideo such as querying, updating, 3D rendering and video frame positioning can be easily achieved based on the integration of video data and spatial data. The UAV video GIS system is developed. The flight simulation of UAV is based on the Animation Path mechanism, and the Projective Texture Mapping method is used for rendering GeoVideo. The evaluation of the system verifies the feasibility of the UAV GeoVideo data model and its expression in 3D GIS,and the technique is easily carried out. The application analysis of this system shows that the integration of UAV video with 3D GIS can improve the efficiency of video image interpretation and obtain more spatial information, which has important application in the field of urban safety,disaster monitoring etc.
