摘要
目前,我国智能电能表寿命管理基本是从采购验收开始,制造环节的相关监控管理还没有开展。文中将物联网RFID技术及网络云平台应用到智能电能表全寿命周期管理系统,建立从设计制造、生产过程管控、计量校准检测、仓储管理、用户验收、现场运行、维修报废等环节的闭环全寿命周期管理系统,探讨应用有源RFID的通信功能实现智能电能表在线和非在线的通信,实现本地数据交换及仪表校准等实际的功能应用。该系统对电力需求侧管理及智能电能表可靠性评价体系的完善提供了技术支撑。
At present, the life management of smart meter in China is started from the procurement and acceptance, while, the related monitoring and management of the manufacturing sector has not yet been carried out. This paper ap- plies RFID technology and network cloud platform to full life cycle management system of smart meters, and the built full life cycle management system includes design and manufacturing, process management and control, measurement and calibration testing, storage management, user acceptance, site operation, maintenance scrap and other aspects. The on-line and off-line communication of smart meters is achieved by the application of active RFID communication functions, and the actual functional application such as local data exchange and instrument calibration. This system provides technical supports on power demand side management and the improvement of reliability evaluation system of smart meters.
