摘要
介绍了制芯过程中出现的常见问题。针对缸体和缸盖砂芯对树脂提出的使用性能要求,开发出3种专用树脂。对3种树脂的技术指标、特点和应用领域进行了详细介绍。这3种树脂在各企业的缸体、缸盖上进行了生产应用试验,结果显示:制芯中心专用树脂有效解决了缸体、缸盖在制芯过程中存在的粘模和生产效率低的问题,提高了制芯效率;而薄壁复杂砂芯专用树脂则有效解决了砂芯不致密、强度低和铸件烧结等问题,通过专用树脂组合方案有效地解决了制芯中存在的问题。
The problems usually met in the core making process were introduced. Based on the resin performance properties requirements for the sand cores of cylinder blocks and cylinder heads,3 special resins were developed,and their technical specifications, characteristics and their application range were introduced in detail. Trial production application of those 3 resins to the cylinder blocks and heads of various enterprises was conducted, and the results showed that the resins specially used for core-making center effectively solved the core box-sticking and low productivity problems existing in the core-making process, increased core-making efficiency. At the same time, the resin specially used for making thin section complex cores effectively solved the problems such as the core being non-dense,low strength and casting being sintering, et al. The application of special resins assembly effectively solved problems existing in the core-making process.
