摘要
【目的】观察具有清热活血、健脾补肾、宣肺调肠作用的中药糖胰生1号方治疗糖耐量减低(IGT)患者的临床疗效。【方法】将100例IGT患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各50例。2组均给予饮食、运动、生活习惯教育等糖尿病基础治疗,治疗组同时给予糖胰生1号方治疗,对照组同时给予盐酸二甲双胍片治疗,疗程3个月。通过观察2组患者治疗前后空腹血糖(FBG)、糖化血红蛋白(Hb A1C)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)、餐后30 min血糖(30min PG)、餐后2 h血糖(2h PG)、餐后30 min胰岛素(30min INS)、餐后2 h胰岛素(2h INS)、体质量指数(BMI)、腰臀比(WHR)及甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)等血脂水平的变化情况,以评价其疗效;通过观察2组患者治疗前后血、尿、大便常规及肝肾功能和心电图等,以评价其安全性。【结果】(1)治疗后,2组患者的FBG、Hb A1C、FINS、30min PG、2h PG、30min INS、2h INS、BMI、WHR及TG、LDL-C、HDL-C等指标均较治疗前显著改善(P<0.05),且治疗组对上述指标的改善作用均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)服药期间,2组患者均未见用药过敏及不良反应。【结论】中药糖胰生1号方及西药盐酸二甲双胍片治疗IGT患者均有显著疗效,且中药糖胰生1号方的疗效优于西药盐酸二甲双胍片。
Objective To observe the clinical effects of Tangyisheng No.1 Recipe with the actions of clearing heat and activating blood,strengthening spleen and kidney,and ventilating lung to purge intestines for the treatment of impaired glucose tolerance. Methods A total of 100 impaired glucose tolerance patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,50 cases in each group. Both groups were given basic diabetic treatment of diet control, exercises and daily life training, and additionally, the treatment group was given oral use of Tangyisheng No.1 Recipe and the control group was given oral use of Metformin Hydrochloride Tablets. The treatment for the two groups lasted for 3 months. Before and after treatment,we evaluated the clinical efficiency by observing the levels of fasting blood glucose（FBG）,glycated hemoglobin（Hb A1C）,fasting insulin（FINS）,30- min postprandial glucose（30min PG）, 2- h postprandial glucose（2h PG）, 30- min postprandial insulin（30min INS）, 2-h postprandial insulin（2h INS）, body mass index（BMI）, and waist-hip ratio（WHR）as well as the blood lipid of total cholesterol（TG）,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol（LDL-C）and high- density lipoprotein cholesterol（HDL- C）. The safety indicators included blood, urine and stool routine examination,hepatic and renal function, and electrocardiogram. Results（1）After treatment,clinical outcomes of FBG, Hb A1 C, FINS, 30 min PG, 2h PG, 30 min INS, 2h INS, BMI, WHR, TG, LDL-C and HDL-C of both groups were much improved（P 0.05 compared with those before treatment）,and the improvement of the treatment group was superior to that of the control group（P 0.05）.（2）During the medication, neither allergic reaction or adverse reaction was found in both groups. Conclusion Both Tangyisheng No.1 Recipe and Metformin Hydrochloride Tablets are effective for the treatment of impaired glucose tolerance,and the combined use is more effective than Metformin Hydrochloride Tablets alone.
