摘要
作为一个新的研究领域,企业边界重构涉及企业并购、拆分以及联盟等多种资源重置行为。文章在对此类行为进行定量描述之后,给出了企业边界重构有效性的概念与效率评价模型,对重构有效单元与相应多目标规划Pareto有效解之间的关联进行了分析,据此讨论并给出了重构单元群的整体效率度量方法以及重构效率的优化模式。
As a new research field,enterprise merger, boundary reconstruction involves split, alliances and other resources re- placement behaviors.Based on the quantitative description of such behavior,concept and method to determine the efficiency of the enterprise boundary reconstruction effectiveness is given.This paper discusses the relationship between effective unit reconstruc- tion and corresponding multiobjective progrmming pareto efficient solution,then gives the optimal path efficiency measure scheme and the reconstruction of the overall efficiency of the reconstruction unit group. Finally,applying the method in simulation.
