摘要
笔者分析了高校图书馆与院系资料室和谐共建有利于优势互补,费用节约和人才培养,有利于实现学科馆员制。并提出二者和谐共建的基本模式为信息文献共建共享,认为高校图书馆与院系资料室和谐共建需通过完善图书馆、院系资料室管理体系;完善图书资料系列人员管理体系;强化图书资料系列人员职业素养等具体措施来实现。
This reference room has paper points out that the co-construction between university library and department some benefits, such as complementary advantages, cost-saving and personnel training. It is also beneficial for the realization of subject librarian system. And it puts forward that the basic model is the co-construction and share of information and documentation by improving the managing system of both and strengthening the staff＇s professionalism.
