摘要
目的建设远程临床药学服务网络平台,为医、护、药人员及患者提供在线临床药学服务。方法以网络为媒介,搭建药学及临床医学专家库作为技术支撑,开发远程临床药学咨询、远程临床药学教学、患者药学服务及远程处方点评4个药学服务模块,以开展远程临床药学服务。结果远程临床药学服务平台已完成设计,并已实现远程药学咨询和教学功能。结论远程临床药学服务平台具有可操作性,能扩大临床药学服务范围和影响力,对患者安全、合理用药有一定帮助。
Objective To construct a remote clinical pharmacy service network platform to provide online clinical pharmacy services for the medical, nursing, drug personnel and patients. Methods The network was used as a medium, the pharmacy and clinical medicine database was set up as a technical support, and four pharmacy service modules, namely remote clinical pharmacy consultation, remote clinical pharmacy teaching, patient pharmacy service and remote prescription evaluation, were developed to provide remote clinical pharmacy service. Results The remote clinical pharmacy service platform had finished in designing and realized the function of telemedicine consultation and teaching. Conclusion The remote clinical pharmacy service platform is feasible and can expand the scope and influence of clinical pharmacy service, which is helpful for the safety and rational use of drugs.
