摘要
磷是玉米生长必不可少的大量元素,玉米的产量和品质直接关系到国家粮食安全和人民生活水平。[目的]选育耐低磷和磷敏感的玉米新品种。[方法]本试验选取35个玉米自交系材料,在不同磷水平下(低磷和正常对照)筛选玉米耐低磷自交系。[结果]虽然低磷胁迫下玉米的鲜重、株高、茎粗性状指标和其胁迫指数以及胁迫SPAD指数可作为玉米苗期耐低磷特性的鉴定指标,但胁迫SPAD指数与玉米苗期耐低磷特性评价相关性较好。[结论]采用隶属函数法,可将35份玉米自交系材料综合划分为5个等级,其中5级(高)耐低磷材料和1级(极敏感)耐低磷材料均为1份,4级耐低磷材料5份,3级(中)耐低磷材料和2级(敏感)耐低磷材料较多,分别为11份和17份。
Phosphorus is an essential element in maize growth. The yield and quality of maize are directly related to the national food security and the people's living standard. I-Objective3Selective breeding of new varieties of corn with low phosphorus tolerance and high sensitivity. [Methods]In this study, 35 maize inbred lines were selected and screened for low phosphorus tolerance in Maize under different P levels (low P and normal control). [Results]Although corn fresh weight, plant height, stem diameter and its traits and stress stress index SPAD index under low phosphorus stress can be used as the corn seedling tolerance to low phosphorus stress,the correlation of stress SPAD index and the resistance to low phosphorus content in maize seedling stage was good. [Conclusion]Using the method of membership function,35 maize inbred lines materials general can be divided into five grades, including 5 (high) of low phosphorus resistant ma- terial and grade 1 (very sensitive) resistance to low phosphorus materials are 1, 4 levels of resistance to low phosphor- us materials five copies, level 3 (c) of low phosphorus resistant material and grade 2 (sensitive) of low phosphorus re- sistant material is more, 11 and 17, respectively.
