摘要
对中小河流来说,充分利用现有低洼地进行滞洪,是确保洪水安全、建设海绵城市的重要措施之一。以山西省汾阳市禹门河为例,当河道洪水下泄受下游行洪能力影响而需滞洪时,对洪水滞入滞洪区的方式对策进行研究。
To small and medium rivers, making beneficial use of existed lowland to store floods can be one of the key measures for the initiation of sponge cities and flood security in China. Taking Yumenhe River in Fenyang City of Shanxi Province as an example, approaches of storing floods in detention basins when flood discharge capacity in the lower reaches is insufficient are examined.
