摘要 为了获得较优的石蜡为导热介质的毛白杨热处理工艺,采用3种不同温度和时间进行正交试验,并对处理材进行物理、力学性能分析。结果表明,较素材对比,热处理材吸湿率有较大的减小;抗弯弹性模量无较大变化;抗弯强度下降较明显;顺纹抗压强度和横纹抗压强度显著增加;较优热处理工艺为,处理温度185℃、时间3.5h或者处理温度195℃、时间2.5h。 In order to obtain the reasonable optimization of Populus tomentosa thermo-treatment process based on paraffin thermal conductive medium, three kinds of temperatures and time were applied to treat the samples. The method of orthogonal experimental design was adopted. The results indicated that compared with the untreated wood,moisture absorption of thermo-treated wood was greatly reduced. MOE had no obvious change. MOR decreased significantly. Compressive strength parallel and perpendicular to grain of wood increased remarkably. It showed that 185℃ and 3.5 h or 195℃ and 2.5 h were the optimal combination of thermo-treated process.
