摘要
为筛选出对头花蓼连作障碍调控效果较好的肥料品种,研究阿姆斯生物肥、地宝生物肥、药渣菌肥(RW促腐剂)、头花蓼专用肥等几种肥料对头花蓼连作土壤中栽培植株生长、产量、营养元素及土壤微生物的影响。结果表明:头花蓼连作不施肥的产量较低,仅247 kg/667m^2,土壤中微生物放线菌>细菌>真菌。施肥后头花蓼1级、2级分蘖数分别比不施肥处理增加62.5%~125%和41.18%~123.53%;产量提高55.87%~418.62%;根、茎、叶中总元素含量分别提高0.97%~16.39%、6.33%~23.14%和3.59%~34.85%,花中含量降低0.78%~5.69%;槲皮素、没食子酸含量分别超过0.38%和0.51%,水分含量<12%,但差异不大;土壤中微生物细菌>放线菌>真菌。其中,以基肥施药渣菌肥(RW促腐剂)300 kg/667m^2、头花蓼专用肥44.47kg/667m^2,追肥施头花蓼专用肥11.12 kg/667m^2的调控效果最好;基肥施地宝生物肥333.5 kg/667m^2、头花蓼专用肥44.47 kg/667m^2,追肥施头花蓼专用肥11.12 kg/667m^2次之。
In order to screen the fertilizers with better control effects on continuous cropping obstacle of P. capitatum, the influence of several fertilizers, including Armes bio-fertilizer, Dibao bio-fertilizer, RW transformation promoter and fertilizer for P. capitatum, on plant growth, yield, nutrients and soil microbes of P. capitatum in continuous cropping soil were studied. Results :The yield of continuous cropped P. cupitatum was low, merely 247 kg/667m2, soil microbes followed the sequence of aetinomycetes 〉 bacteria 〉 fungi. Compared with non-fertilizer treatment, fertilizer application increased the 1st and 2nd tiller number of P. eapitatum by 62.5 % - 125 % and 41.18 % - 123.53 % respectively. Yield, gross elements content in root, stem and leaf increased by 55.87 % -418.62 % , 0.97 % - 16.39 % , 6.33 % - 23. 14 % and 3.59 % - 34.85 % separately. Nonetheless, the gross elements content in the flower decreased by 0.78 % - 5.69 % ; Contents of quercetin and gallic acid were above 0.38 % and 0.51% respectively. The moisture content was below 12 % with little difference; Soil microbes bacteria 〉 actinomycetes 〉 fungi. Base fertilizer RW transformation promoter 300 kg/667m2 and fertilizer for P. capitatum 44.47 kg/667m2 + topdressing fertilizer for P. capitatum 11.12 kg/667mz had the best control effects, followed by fertilizer for P. capitatum 44. 47 kg/667m2 + topdressing fertilizer for P. capitatum 11.12 kg/667m2.
