摘要
吗替麦考酚酯是一种新型的免疫抑制剂，可选择性抑制T、B细胞增殖。临床中广泛应用于器官移植、系统性红斑狼疮等免疫性疾病和原发性肾小球疾病等的治疗。该文主要综述吗替麦考酚酯近年来在儿童肾脏疾病中的应用与疗效。
Mycophenolate mofctil is a new type immunosupperssor. It has the function of the selective immune suppression and reducing T, B lymphocyte proliferation. Now it is widely used in organ transplantation, immune disease and primary glomerular disease. In this paper, the research results of mycophcnolate mofetil for children with kidney disease are summarized.
