摘要
目的探讨腹腔镜下全子宫切除术护理配合要点。方法 回顾性分析212例行腹腔镜下全子宫切除术患者临床资料，总结围手术期护理配合要点。结果212例患者手术均成功，无中转开腹手术，无并发症及死亡病例。术后住院时间4～5 d。术中巡回和器械护士配合良好，有力保障了手术顺利进行和患者康复。结论 腹腔镜下全子宫切除术护理配合的关键是充分术前准备和对患者病情全面细致的了解，巡回和器械护士术中熟练配合和物品准备充分可有效预防并发症发生。
Objective To investigate the key points of nursing cooperation with laparoscopic hysterec-tomy. Methods The clinical cases of 212 patients with laparoscopic hysterectomy from January 2014 toJanuary 2015 in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively, to sum up the key points of nursing coopera-tion in perioperative period. Results The operations for all of 212 cases succeeded, with no conversion toopen surgery. There were no complications and death cases. The time after operation in hospital was 4-5days. The good cooperation with circulating nurse and scrub nurse was the effective guarantee for thesmooth operation and the rehabilitation of patient. Conclusion The key points of nursing cooperationwith laparoscopic hysterectomy are the adequate preoperative preparation and a comprehensive and detailedunderstanding of the patient＇s condition. The circulating nurse and scrub nurse carry on the skilled coop-eration and the sufficient preparation of appliance can effectively reduce complications.
