摘要
东魏嵩阳寺造像碑上雕刻的八十八佛和六方佛造像题材在石窟造像中不多见,是当时石窟造像题材的充实和丰富。尤其是造像铭中记载的有关嵩阳寺的创建和发展,可补史书之阙,为研究嵩山寺院建筑提供了宝贵的实物资料。
88 Buddhas and 6 Buddhas in different place were carved in Buddhist steles of Songyangsitemple of the Eastern Wei period,which was very rare in Grotto status and enriched the subject of Grottostatues at that time. The inscription on the Buddhist steles recorded the time of founded and thedevelopment history about Songyangsi temple,which could fill the gap of historical records,and providedvaluable material to research the architecture of Songshansi temple.
