摘要
作为木本植物分子生物学和基因工程的模式树种,杨树基因工程研究进展较快。文章对杨树抗虫基因工程20多a来在多方面取得的研究进展,包括转不同类型抗虫基因抗虫效果、毒蛋白表达研究、多基因聚合、转抗虫基因杨树抗虫稳定性及生物安全性等方面进行了综合评述;提出了多基因转化中仍存在个别基因丢失或基因沉默等问题,并对多个外源基因在植物中如何同时高效表达的策略,尤其是构建载体时应改善的方法进行了探讨。
Poplar is a pattern tree species of woody plant molecular biology and genetic engi- neering, and the study of gene engineering for poplar developed rapidly. This paper provided a comprehensive review of the research progress in insect-resistant transgenic poplar study for the last twenty years in many aspects, including the effect of different types of insect-re- sistant genes, toxic protein expression, gene polymerization, insect-resistant stability and bi- ological security. Problems existing in the genetic transformation of multigenes were put for- ward, isuch as individual gene missing or gene silencing. Strategies on how to express effi- ciently and simultaneously of multigenes in plants were discussed, especially the method that should be improved in vector construction was proposed.
