摘要
目前岭澳一期核电站主控室采用的电感灯将逐步被三星LED灯替代,但三星LED灯配置的开关电源产生的电磁辐射可能影响其他核电设备的正常工作,带来电磁兼容性问题。论文首先根据文献调研情况提出了主控室内设备设施的辐射抗扰度水平,然后从试验和现场实测两个角度,对三星LED灯和电感灯的电磁辐射骚扰特性进行了分析;同时在试验室对上述两种类型灯具的低频传导骚扰电压和谐波电流进行了对比测试。结果表明:从电磁辐射骚扰水平大小来看,考虑最严重条件下,主控室更换为三星LED灯后,产生的电场辐射骚扰水平和低频磁场辐射骚扰水平均远小于前述提出的核电设备辐射抗扰度水平,低频传导骚扰电压和谐波电流测试结果也满足现有国家标准要求,因此三星LED灯可替换目前主控室照明的电感灯。
At present, the inductance lamp in the main control room of Lingao nuclear power station will gradu- ally be replaced by the Samsung LED lamp, but electromagnetic disturbance generated by switching power supply of the Samsung LED lamp is likely to affect the normal operation of nuclear power equipments, leading to electromagnetic compatibility problem. This paper, firstly, according to the literature survey, radiated immunity levels of the main control room equipment and facilities are put forward, then, electromagnetic radiated disturb- mace characteristics of the Sam.sung, LED lamp and inductance lamp are analyzed by the test and field measure- ment. And the low frequency conductive disturbance voltage and harmonic current of the above two types of lamps are tested. The results show that, from the level of electromagnetic radiated disturbance, considering the worst condition, after the main control room lamp changes for the Samsung LED lamp, electric radiated disturb- mace level and low frequency magnetic radiated disturbance level are far less than the nuclear power equipment radiated immunity level which are proposed based on the aforementioned results, test results of the frequency conductive disturbance voltage and harmonic current are also meet the requirements of the existing national standards, so the Samsung LED lamp can replace the current the inductance lamp in main control room.
