摘要
由于办学条件的限制,渤海船舶职业学院轮机工程技术专业设立之初并未实施半军事化管理,因此培养出的学生不能很好地满足用人单位的要求。如今学院已具备实行半军事化管理的条件,应借鉴国内一流航海院校的经验,结合学院现有学生管理制度,坚持"以学生为主体"的理念,构建学院轮机工程技术专业学生自主管理的半军事化管理模式。
At the establishment beginning of Marine Engineering Technology specialty in Bohai Shipbuilding Vocational College, because of the condition restriction of running a school, the college did not implement the semi-military management, and the students trained cannot meet the requirements of the employing units. Now the college has met the requirement of the semi-military management condition. It should draw lessons from the domestic first-class marine college experience, combine with the existing student management system, insist on the concept of ＂ students as the main body＂ , and construct the semi-military management mode which is also self-management for Marine Engineering Technology specialty students.
