百蕊颗粒辅助治疗小儿肺炎支原体肺炎疗效观察 被引量:10

Efficacy analysis of Bairui particles as adjuvant therapy for children with mycoplasma pneumonia

摘要 目的观察百蕊颗粒辅助治疗小儿肺炎支原体肺炎的治疗效果。方法 2014年7月至2015年7月沈阳医学院附属第二医院儿科收治住院的MPP患儿100例,随机分为观察组和对照组各50例。对照组在常规对症治疗的基础上予红霉素、阿奇霉素序贯治疗,观察组在对照组基础上口服百蕊颗粒。比较两组患儿临床治疗总有效率,退热时间、咳嗽消失时间及肺部啰音消失时间、不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率为94%(47/50),显著高于对照组80%(40/50),差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。观察组退热时间、咳嗽消失时间、肺部啰音消失时间均显著短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患儿的不良反应发生率相当,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论百蕊颗粒辅助治疗小儿肺炎支原体肺炎可显著提高临床疗效,明显改善症状体征,治疗安全有效,值得临床推广。 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Bairui particles as adjuvant therapy for chil-dren with mycoplasma pneumonia.Methods Totally 100 children with mycoplasma pneumonia were ran-domly divided into an observation group(n=50)and a control group(n=50),according to the order of ad-mission.In addition to convention therapy,erythromycin and azithromycin were also used for the control group,and Bairui particles together with the therapy for control group was used for the observation group. Compare the total effective rate,time of abatement of fever ,time for cough and lung rales to disappear and the occurrence of adverse reactions.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 94%,and the control group 80%;the difference had statistical significance(P〈0.05).There was significantly differ-ence(P〈0.05)on time of fever abatement,cough and lung rales between observation group and control group.The incidence of adverse drug reactions in the two groups showed no significant difference(P〉0.05).Conclusion Bairui particles as adjuvant treatment for children with mycoplasma pneumonia can sig-nificantly promote the clinical efficacy and improve symptoms and signs,which is effective and safe and should be widely used in clinics.
