摘要
职业核心能力单项模块教学训练应以整体规划和阶段性实施为原则,让学生对课堂充满期待;突出能力目标,创新拓展教学训练内容;把课堂还给学生,让校园成为课堂,用项目教学法等翻转课堂;能力与德育并重,综合考核评价学生,培养综合素质职业人。
The training of single module teaching for job - oriental key skills should make an implement it step by step to attract students to attend the class. Moreover, it is crucial to highligh overall plan and t the competence objective and innovate the content of expanding teaching to realize the flipped classroom which should be learner - centered. Furthermore, to cultivate comprehensive talents should balance both competence and moral education to make an all -round assessment for students.
