摘要
为了有效观测直喷汽油机喷油器工作过程中喷雾形态的变化历程,开发了一套由定容装置、供油系统、环境背压调节系统、环境温度调节系统、喷油控制系统以及高速摄像机等组成的喷雾形态可视化测试平台,并利用该平台测试了不同喷油压力、环境压力和环境温度下GDI喷油器的喷雾形态变化过程。试验结果表明,喷油压力、环境压力及环境温度是影响喷雾形态发展过程的关键因素,所开发的喷雾形态测试平台能够模拟缸内的不同压力和温度条件,并对不同喷油压力下喷雾形态的变化历程进行有效测试。
In order to effectively observe the change process of spray pattern of GDI engine injector, a visualization test platform was developed which consisted of a constant volume, fuel system, a back pressure regulator system, ambient temperature control system, fuel injection control system and high-speed cameras and other components. The spray pattern of a GDI injector was tested at different fuel injection pressure, different ambient pressure and different ambient temperature by the platform. The test results showed that injection pressure, ambient pressure and ambient temperature are the key factors to affect the development process of the spray pattern, besides with the spray pattern test platform different in-cylinder pressures and temperature conditions can be simulatecl and the spray pattern changes at different injection pressures can be tested.
