摘要
应用Ansys Workbench对异种钢焊接斜三通进行了有限元计算,得到了比ASME B31.3—2014规范更为精确的应力增大系数,从而改进CARSAR II的计算结果,同时对比了同材质钢焊接斜三通的应力增大系数,结果表明:异种钢焊接相比同种钢焊接对应力增大系数的影响程度更大,为管道应力计算提供了一些参考。
Based on finite element analysis,the dissimilar steel lateral is calculated by Ansys Workbench. With the more accurate stress intensification factor than the ASME B31. 3-2014 specification,the calculating result of CAESARII has been improved. Meanwhile,the stress intensification factors of the same steel laterals are compared. The results show that the dissimilar steel lateral has greater influence on the stress intensification factor than the same steel lateral,providing a reference for pipe stress calculation.
