摘要
讨论了厂区内蒸汽管道埋地的布置方案,应用CAESARⅡ管道应力分析软件对一些减小热应力、增加柔性的方法进行了分析和比较,以期优化管道布置,减少热应力超标对管系的影响。
This paper discusses the layout scheme of the steam pipeline buried in the plant area. It also analyzes and compares the methods to reduce the thermal stress and increase the flexibility by using the stress analysis software of CAESAR II. All of these aim to optimize the pipeline layout and reduce the impact of over thermal stress on the pipe system.
