摘要
2012年以来,大唐能源化工有限责任公司组织相关单位开展多伦煤气化运行技术攻关工作,随着煤质筛选、煤炭管理、操作优化、设备治理、技术改造等系列工作的开展,煤气化装置的运行可靠性得到提升。本文介绍了多种褐煤在大型废锅流程干粉煤气化装置的使用情况和褐煤应用过程中存在的问题及技术改造情况,经过改造,多伦项目3台气化炉运行负荷明显提高,达到历史最高负荷,已基本具备长周期稳定运行条件。
Since 2012,Datang Energy and Chemical Corporation has organized the relevant units to carry out the research of Duolun coal gasification operation technology. With the implementation of coal screening,coal management,operation optimization,equipment management,technical transformation,etc.,the operation reliability of coal gasification device has been improved. This paper introduces the use of several types of lignite in the process of dry pulverized coal gasification furnace of large waste boiler,the problems in the use of lignite as well as technical transformation. After transformation,the operating load of 3 gasifiers in Duolun project has been improved significantly,reaching the highest level. They are basically qualified with long period stable operation.
