摘要
目的建立丹参饮水提液絮凝纯化产物的HPLC指纹图谱。方法采用HPLC法,色谱柱为Inertsil ODS-SP Extend C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5.0μm)。乙腈为流动相A,0.5%冰醋酸溶液为流动相B,进行梯度洗脱,0-20 min,5%-15%A;20-60 min,15%-45%A。检测波长为281 nm,流速1.0 m L/min,柱温25℃。结果丹参饮水提液絮凝纯化物HPLC指纹图谱标定了9个共有峰,指认8号峰为丹酚酸B,18批样品的相似度均〉0.990。结论建立的丹参饮絮凝纯化物指纹图谱特征性及专属性强,可为其质量控制提供参考。
Objective To establish the HPLC fingerprint spectrum of flocculation of water-extraction solution from danshen yin.Methods HPLC method was used,the chromatographic column was Inertsil ODS-SP Extend C_(18)(250 mm ×4.6 mm,5.0 μm) by gradient elution of acetonitrile(A) and 0.5%acetic acid solution(B) as the procession of 0- 20 min,5%- 15%A,20-60 min,15%-45%A.The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min.The column temperature was 25 ℃.The detection wavelength was 281 nm.Results There were 9 common peaks of HPLC fingerprint spectrum of flocculation of water-extraction solution from danshen yin,and 8 peaks were identified as salvianolic acid B.The similarity of 18 samples were greater than 0.99.Conclusion The characteristics and specificity of HPLC fingerprint spectrum of flocculation of water-extraction solution from Danshen yin are significant,which can provide references for its quality control.
