摘要
在分析自然蒸发法海水晒盐工艺流程的基础上,论述了晒盐的自动化方案,然后应用自制的小车替代人工完成打盐花操作。小车机械部分基于尼龙材质,使海水腐蚀问题得到解决。调试结果表明,自制的小车能够满足打盐花的速度和质量要求,而且小车的底板、轴承、轮子、电路、软件等全部自主设计和开发,有效地控制了成本,有利于在中小盐场推广应用。
First the technological process of seawater solar salt with the method of natural evaporation is analyzed and the automatic scheme in point is discussed. Then a remote controlled vehicle is designed and made for smashing salt tablet. The vehicle’s mechanical parts are all made of nylon material against seawater corrosion and the debugging results show that the requirement of smashing salt tablet can be satisfied. Further-more, the equipment cost is effectively controlled by the independent research and development of bottom plate, bearing, wheel, circuit&software, in order for the following popularization and application.
