摘要
某地铁客车轴箱弹簧座下压盖板紧固螺栓在运行中发生断裂,对断裂件、相邻位置完好螺栓和新螺栓进行检测和分析。结果表明,断裂螺栓的螺纹牙底有滚丝折叠缺陷,这是导致其早期多源疲劳断裂的主要原因;该断裂螺栓相邻位置完好螺栓的螺纹牙底也有滚丝折叠缺陷,证实该批次螺栓存在影响运行安全的质量问题;所检测的新螺栓满足技术要求,可以装车使用。
The fastening bolt fracture appears under the lower cover plate of a subway vehicle axel box spring. The purpose of this study is to detect and analyze the defect of the fractured bolt, the adjacent non-defective bolt and the other new bolt. The test results can be concluded as follows. On the location of the fractured bolt, there are some folding defects detected on the thread mot, which caused the fatigue crack in the initial service stage. On the location of the adjacent non-defective bolt, the folding defects also exist which conclude all this batch of bolts have defect. In the meantime, we finally detect that there are no cracks in the other new batch of bolts, which can be assembled to the vehicle for service.
