摘要
以神东石圪台煤矿22405大采高超长孤岛工作面为背景,通过现场矿压观测,得出了这种复杂条件下工作面的压力显现规律。研究结果表明:22405综采工作面的老顶初次来压步距平均为35.4 m;周期来压步距平均14.39 m,动载系数1.4,来压显现较其它工作面强烈;由于受到侧向应力与工作面超前压力叠加的影响,两端头压力显现明显大于其余部位;工作面所选用支架完全能够满足顶板支护的要求。研究结果对类似条件下矿井顶板管理提供了参考依据。
Taking No. 22405 super-long isolated mining face with large mining height in Shigetai coal mine as the background,through on-site underground pressure observation,the strata behavior regularity of mining face was researched. The results show that,in No. 22405 fully mechanized mining face,the step distance of first weighting is 35. 4m,the average step distance of periodic weighting is 14. 39 m,dynamic load factor is 1. 4,the pressure behavior is stronger than other working faces,strata behaviors in both ends of working face appears more obvious due to the influence of lateral stress and advance pressure of working face,the selected supports can meet the requirements of roof supporting. The research provides a reference for the roof management under similar conditions.
