数字化出版时代的到来,冲击了传统学术期刊的生存,使学术期刊编辑陷入职业发展的困境。在"互联网+"背景下,学术期刊编辑应以"学术出版经纪人"为职业新定位,强化编辑基本素质和基本能力,掌握数字出版的技术与方法,重视学术期刊的传播环节,加强传播能力建设,从而提升学术期刊影响力,实现编辑职业的新发展。
Under the background of ＂lnternet ＋＂ , the editors of academic journals should take ＂academic publishing agent＂ as the new career position and strengthen the basic quality and skill of editors. At the same time, they should master the digital publishing technology and method, and then pay attention to the importance of the communication in academic joumals by strengthening the construction of communication ability, so as to improve the academic periodical influence and achieve the new development of editor＇s profession.
