摘要
结合在建的重庆轨道交通环线高家花园大桥边跨支架施工方案,综合利用MIDAS/civil和MIDAS/GTS NX有限元软件详细分析了在边跨支架中使用的长大直径钢护筒临时墩的受力情况,尤其是针对其稳定性进行了特别研究,并提出钢护筒内不同的砂土填筑高度对其稳定性的影响趋势。通过对施工过程中钢护筒的全程实时监测,采集了不同工况下的数据,并与理论值进行了对比,未发现任何异常情况,为同类工程的施工提供了参考。
Considering the side span support construction scheme of Chongqing rail link garden Gao Bridge, the stress situation of temporary pier of long diameter steel casing used in the proiect was analyzed in this paper analyzes with special research into its stability. The influence of different sand filling height on the stability of steel liner was evaluated by using MIDAS / civil and MI- DAS / GTS NX synthetically. Through the real-time monitoring for the entire construction process of the steel casings, data un- der different conditions were collected and compared with the theoretical value. No abnormal situation was found. This paper pro- vides improvements for similar projects, also reference and experience for the construction of similar projects in the future.
