摘要
为了提高机场的运行效率,许多机场规划建立近距平行跑道。国外引进高角度进近运行模式概念,结合运行规则,建立了近距平行跑道高角度进近与传统进近相结合下的典型跑道着陆、起飞和混合运行时的跑道容量计算模型。通过利用MATLAB进行仿真计算,得出当两条近距平行跑道只用于航空器着陆时的跑道容量为65架次/h,只用于起飞时的容量为62架次/h,一起双降情况下的跑道容量为67架次/h。结果显示:采用高角度进近和传统进近相结合的运行模式能大幅度提高跑道容量,计算结果对空管的高效运行提供了可靠的理论依据。
In order to improve the efficiency of the airport, many airports plan to establish close-spaced parallel runways. Foreign introduced concept of steeper approach procedure operation, combined with operating rules. The calculation model of closely- spaced parallel runways of aircraft arrival, departure, and mixed operation capacity was developed. Meanwhile, the models are simulated by using MATLAB. It was concluded that the arrival capacity is 65 ops/h and the departure capacity is 62 ops/h. Also the mixed operation capacity is 67 ops/h. In addition, conclusions are drawn, when the Steeper approach procedure in combina- tion with the baseline conventional approach procedure can greatly improve runway capacity. The results provide a reliable theo- retical basis for the operation of ATC.
