摘要
白酒中的化学成分和微量成分与人体饮用健康有很大的关系。通过对白酒中乙醇、乙醛、甲醇、甲醛等在人体内的代谢途径分析,并对这些成分与饮用健康的关系进行论述,揭示了适量饮酒和健康饮酒的重要性。
The chemical compositions and trace compositions in Baijiu is closely related to health drinking. In this paper, the metabolic path- way of ethanol, acetaldehyde, methanol and formaldehyde etc. in vivo was revealed, which proved the significance and the correctness of moderate drinking.
