摘要
葡萄酒的管路输送是葡萄酒生产过程中的重要环节,管路的自动化清洗及输送之后剩余葡萄酒的有效回收已成为葡萄酒企业精细化管理的重要课题。PIG清扫技术作为一种理想的管路清洗技术,具有环保、安全、高效、简便、经济等特点,对于提升葡萄酒质量管控精细化水平,增强企业竞争力具有重要意义。目前PIG清扫技术在国外葡萄酒生产行业中已日趋得到广泛应用,但在国内尚未引起足够重视。
Pipeline transferring is an important procedure in wine-making. The effective reclaim of residual grape wine subsequent to automatic pipeline cleaning ＆ transferring has become the important issue in refined management in wineries. PIG cleaning technology, as an ideal pipeline cleaning technology, has the advantages such as environment-friendly, safe, high-efficiency, and simple operation etc. It is of important significance in improving refined management level in wineries and strengthening enterprise competitiveness. At present, PIG cleaning technology has been widely applied in wineries abroad. However, it has not captured enough attention at home.
